Jackie Shafer, MSW, LCSW
Program Supervisor & Intensive Case Manager
Jacqueline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who completed her graduate degree at the University of Southern California in 2014. She has extensive experience in mental health services, developmental disability services, child development and has over four years of direct experience providing case management for foster families and supporting foster/adoptive families with their post-permanency needs in Texas.
Jacqueline is certified in the Child and Adolescent Needs Assessment (CANS) and has extensive training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy and family system theory, art therapy and play therapy.
In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family and cats, reading, traveling, and exploring new places.
Whitney Garrett, LSW
Whitney is a Licensed Social Worker who completed her undergraduate degree at Boise State University in 2018. Whitney is currently attending Boise State University for her Master's in Social Work. Whitney has worked in a variety of settings serving youth, families and individuals with developmental disabilities through the past 15 years.
Whitney enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, barbecuing, traveling, hockey, DIY projects and is a Harry Potter enthusiast.

Justine has worked in the Social Services Industry for the past three years. She began in the HR Department and is excited to begin a new adventure with RISE! She graduated from Capital High School in 2003. She is the proud mom of a 17-year-old son! In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and shopping at thrift stores!
